Obstetric DIC caused more by obstetric complications, often begins abruptly, change fast, dangerous disease, a serious threat to the safety of mother and child , the author of nearly 10 years in our hospital emergency treatment of 13 cases of obstetric DIC cases analyzed and summarized, to investigate the incidence of obstetric DIC incentives, clinical features and the key to successful treatment. Materials and Methods 1. General Information March 1998 ~ March 2008 in our hospital delivery in 15,896 cases of maternal, obstetric DIC patients with concurrent diagnosis 13 patients, the incidence rate of 0.08%.
