 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 13 DR dual-energy subtraction in the diagnosis of thoracic disease in the value of Author: Wuyi Ming Li Shuai Li Feng, Gang Chen Tai-Cheng Sheng Sun [Abstract] Objective: To explore the digital X-ray photography (digital radiogtrphy, DR) in the dual-energy subtraction (dual energy subtraction, DES) technology in chest diseases, especially traumatic rib fractures, pneumothorax, and a small amount of nodular lesions in the diagnosis ofWorth . Methods: 2006.10 ~ 2007.8 month in hospital treatment of 120 cases of chest trauma or lung disease, for DR dual-energy subtraction chest X-ray examination after the anterior, respectively, by the standard images, soft tissue images and bone images; this group of cases by two groups (n = 2) experienced physician and deputy director of the physicians were film-reading, analysis, diagnosis, image quality evaluation and diagnosis form a consensus opinion. Results: A total of 120 patients in this group intake of DES chip 360, can meet the clinical diagnosis. Of which 102 cases of chest trauma, pneumonia in 8 cases, 5 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis, lung cancer and obstructive inflammation in 2 cases, 2 cases of silicosis, sarcoidosis in 1 case.
