毕 业 设 计（论 文） 丽景家园C区25#投标报价文件 系　　　　　　别：专业名称：学生姓名：学　　　　　　号：指导教师姓名、职称： 完成日期 年 月 日  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT III 丽景家园C区25# 投标文件—商务标 我国在建设工程领域实行建设工程项目招投标制。2008年7月15日国家标准《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500—2008）的颁布，标志着我国计价模式转向由企业自主报价的计价模式。基于以上背景，本次设计根据丽景家园C区25#项目的设计图纸，主要编制了商务标部分。本商务标从企业自身水平出发，结合实际工程情况，并参考甲方提供的工程量清单及地质勘探报告，提供以工程量清单计价形式表现的投标报价。本报价包括土建和装饰两部分，充分体现了我单位项目管理和施工技术的整体水平。在本次编制投标报价的过程中，主要参考了《宁夏建筑工程消耗量定额》、《宁夏建筑工程价目表》、《宁夏建筑工程量计算规则》等资料。 关键词：商务标；工程量清单；投标文件；投标报价  Regency home area C 25# Bidding documents - Business Standar Abstract Our country implements the construction project bidding system in the field of construction project.
