All of those arguments from quot; the greatest virtue of Heaven and Earth is producing quot; to the attribute of quot; simplicity of Yi quot; to that quot; the Yang line returning shows the heart of heaven and earth in the hexagram of Fu ( returning) quot; are threaded with the same idea of quot; producing quot; . Basing on predecessor s achievements and inflating new ideas, neo-Confucian scholars expanded that the heart of heaven and earth is the synthesis of the tranquility and motions as well as the unity between heaven-earth s producing quality and the circulation of benevolence.
