Results 22 patients diagnosed by TNP in 18 cases, diagnosis was 81.8 % .22 patients based on multiple lesions (emphysema, there is only 4 cases), however, appears only in 1 case (4.55%) tension pneumothorax, 2 cases (9.1%) had mild, transient intermittent hemoptysis, and the rest had no obvious complications, nor special disposal. Conclusion The preoperative, intraoperative and patients with the operators of communication is particularly important, good preoperative and postoperative assessment, intervention, can reduce the incidence of complications, contribute to timely detection, diagnosis and treatment , care complications.
