Methods: Imatron C  150-type EBCT scanner, continuous volume scan, 82 patients with chief complaint of acute right thoracodorsal pain in patients with EBCT examination. Results: 82 cases of AAS patients with aortic dissection (AD) 56 cases of aortic intramural hematoma (IMH) 15 cases of penetrating atherosclerotic ulcer (PAU) 11 Li. EBCT able to display The characteristic signs of the three diseases: AD visible intimal flap and double-lumen sign; IMH showed a crescent or ring of aortic wall thickening of ≥ 5 mm; PAU in the aortic lumen to protrude outside the contrast agent filling the niche shadow.
