Since endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) and other technology is safe, simple and fewer complications, etc., has become diagnosis and treatment of biliary and pancreatic diseases, an important tool. With continuous expansion of the scope of clinical applications, simple diagnostic ERCP have been gradually replaced by therapeutic ERCP [1,2]. In our hospital from August 2005 ~ July 2007, including 130 cases of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of biliary and pancreatic diseases, are reported as follows. 1 Data and methods 1.1 General Information This group of 130 cases in 59 cases of male and female 71 cases.
