Methods A retrospective analysis in July 1998 ~ 2005 10 menstrual endoscopic sinus surgery nasal cavity, paranasal sinus disease in 166 cases of clinical data. Results 166 patients (225 sides) patients were followed up more than 1 year, 87 cases cured, improved in 53 cases, ineffective in 26 cases, efficiency of 84.3%, surgery without serious complications. Conclusion skilled anesthesia techniques, patients were extensive operational experience, proper post-operative treatment, regular and reasonable long-term endoscopic follow-up is to ensure that the key to surgical treatment. Methods 166 patients with rhinosinusopatia were received endoscopic surgery from July, 1998 to October, 2005. Results 166 patients were followed up for 1 year in average.The therapeutic effect of 87 of them were cured.53 were improved and 26 were ineffective.The effective rate was 84.3%. No syndrome happened after endoscopic surgery. Conclusion Anaesthesia, experience of the operator, proper treatments after endoscopic surgery and regular visits to patients are key points to make sure good curative effect.
