Methods Alltima C18 column (4.6 mm * 150 mm, 5 μ m); mobile phase: acetonitrile: methanol: water (2.0% tetrahydrofuran-0.4% acetic acid) = 45:3:52; detection wavelength: 225 nm; flow rate: 1.0 ml / min ; column temperature: 25 ℃ . The results of HPLC fingerprint of a total of eight peaks (RSD ≤ 3%), in line with the relevant requirements. Conclusion The established HPLC fingerprint for quality control of Evodia provides more comprehensive information, and Evodia Evodia herbs and proprietary Chinese medicines containing fingerprints of the foundation. The mobile phase flow rate was 1.0 ml / min. ResultsThe HPLC fingerprint consisted of 8 peaks (RSD ≤ 3%), and reached to some relevant provision. ConclusionThe method can provide more information for the quality control of Fructus Evodiae, and it may be practically valuable for the quality control of sample for Fructus Evodiae and it’s preparation.
