Methods Retrospective analysis of January 2003 ~ December 2006 51 patients with severe head injury pre-hospital data, 29 cases of full-time hospital pre-hospital patients for the study group, 22 cases of non-full-time pre-hospital patients of the control group to compare the two groups were out of the bus time, the arrival time and prognosis. Results The study group arrived at the scene and the hospital response time was (2.28 + -0.37 points and (10.07 + -1.27 min, significantly shorter than the control group (P lt;0.05, full of good prognosis of first aid was 58.62%, significantly better than non-full of pre-hospital (P lt;0.05, severe disability and mortality rate (41.38% lower than full-time of pre-hospital care (P lt;0.05. Conclusion full of pre-hospital with severe head injury can be significantly improved survival and quality of life of patients and reduce mortality and disability rates, improve the prognosis . Methods The data of 51 severe TBI patients admitted between Jan.2003 and Dec.2006 were analyzed.Among 29 patients, who received professional prehospital emergency treatment were taken as study group, and 22 patients who received non professional prehospital emergency treatment were taken as control group.The vehicle dispatching time, arriving time and prognosis were compared between two groups.Results The average vehicle dispatching time and arriving time of study group was 2.28 +-0.37minutes and 10.07 +-1.27minutes respectively, which were significa
