Methods: lincomycin hydrochloride injection to mice fed 0.36 g / kg continuous 6 d, establish a mouse model of flora imbalance. The mice were randomly divided into 11 groups of 10, including a normal control group (CG), a flora imbalance model group (MIG), and nine treatment groups (according to different doses and treatment methods established in three GSP treatment group , 3 BB treatment group, as well as three co-treatment group). Continuous 6 d later, mice were killed, take rectal faeces, and diluted with saline into a * 10-7,1 * 10-8,1 * 10-9 3 dilution, line of aerobic and anaerobic culture made after 48 h colony counting, the data for statistical analysis. Results: The successful establishment of mouse model of intestinal flora imbalance, MIG group of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria colony counts were lower than the CG group, and through the GSP and BB the number of intestinal flora in mice after treatment significantly restored , in which high doses of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder and high-dose treatment group, the effect of Bifidobacterium best, with the CG group and the corresponding middle and low-dose group was statistically significant (P amp;lt;0.05). Conclusion: GSP and BB pairs of treating antibiotic-associated intestinal flora has a significant role.
