Methods MCF 7 cells containing 25mol / L genistein were cultured in the culture medium after 1 ~ 7d, the MTT test, the measured growth curve; using sequential extraction methods will be graded as a water-soluble total cellular protein and the two hydrophobic components, and application methods on two-dimensional electrophoresis separation, to obtain protein expression profiles; through software analysis to identify significant differences in the expression of protein spots; then apply the matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI TOF MS) and bioinformatics method of combining different expressed protein spots were identified. Results 25mol / L of genistein on MCF 7 cells significantly inhibited, and apoptosis observed after 4d phenomenon; two-dimensional electrophoresis pattern analysis showed that both water soluble protein or hydrophobic proteins have made a good separation, and successfully identified 24 differentially expressed proteins, of which 5 are down, 19 up-regulated.
