MTT method used to observe the TTF and the drug-containing serum of sarcoma cells (S180), hepatoma cells (H22), leukemia cell line (L1210) cell toxicity and inhibitory effect on cell proliferation. The results of TTF and its drug-containing serum in vitro on S180 cells, H22 cells and L1210 cells were inhibited. Conclusions TTF in vitro inhibit S180, H22, L1210 tumor cell proliferation, and the role of the S180 cell line was superior to the H22, L1210 role.
