Our hospital surgical l999 ~ 2008 year was treated 746 cases of acute appendicitis, of which 23 patients with surgically confirmed acute abdomen Obstetrics and Gynecology, accounting for 3.08%. Analysis of the causes of misdiagnosis is as follows.
