 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 7 HB Xiao Sanyang Quantitative detection of serum HBVDNA and its relationship with pre-S1 Relationship [Abstract] Objective: To detect hepatitis B patients with HBV  DNA content of Xiao Sanyang, and with pre-S1 antigen (Pre  S1) were analyzed. Methods: 351 cases of hepatitis B Xiao Sanyang patients and 30 normal healthy persons serum, using ELISA, pre-S1 antigen, using fluorescence quantitative PCR method of quantitative detection of HBV  DNA. Results: HBsAg, anti  HBe, anti  HBc-positive (Xiao Sanyang) patients HBV  DNA detection rate was 62.7% (4.5 * 106 copies / ml), pre-S1 antigen detection rate of 72.9%. Conclusion: HBeAg seroconversion were there viral replication, HBV  DNA associated with the pre-S1 antigen of good, for hepatitis B patients in conventional serological markers of HBV  DNA on the basis of the number of dynamic detection helps clinical diagnosis, efficacy and prognosis.
