Methods according to the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention ‘national epidemic hemorrhagic fever surveillance program’ in the case of the questionnaire in Shandong Province from 2004 to 2005 all the HFRS deaths are investigated and analyzed statistically. Results HFRS-year mortality 2004,2005, Shandong Province, respectively over the previous year increased by 9545% and 232%, the average age of deaths for 5115 years, farmers accounted for 7778 percent, sex ratio of 26:1. Of the 41 patients had specific antibodies, the positive rate of 7561%. Clinical symptoms are not typical of the majority of cases, from the onset to treatment time interval average 393d, history of exposure before the death of a rodent.
