Methods: 135 cases of cervical lymph node enlargement due to treatment of patients, using gray-scale and color Doppler ultrasound observation of high-frequency probe swollen lymph nodes of long diameter / short diameter (L / S) value, shape, internal structure and CDFIFeatures . Results: The variety of different causes of cervical lymphadenopathy due to have their ultrasound characteristics. Non-specific reactive lymphadenopathy 34 cases, acute lymphadenitis, 26 cases of tuberculous lymphadenopathy in 20 cases of malignant lymphoma in 19 cases, 36 cases of metastatic lymph nodes. Conclusion: The gray-scale ultrasonography and color Doppler ultrasound significantly improved the detection rate of cervical lymph nodes and inspection of quality, to a certain extent, to make qualitative diagnosis. Methods The L / S ratio, shape, interior structure, CDFI spectrum feature of cervical lymph nodes enlargement in 135 patients’nodes were studied with gray scale display and color Doppler ultrasound. Results All kinds of cervical lymph nodes enlargement take on all kinds of characters. Nonspecific lymphadenectasis thirty  four, acte lymphadenitis twenty  six, evil twenty, malignant lymphoma nineteen, transitivity lymphadenectasis thirty  six. Conclusion Gray scale display and color doppler flow imaging can improve detectable rate and check (up) quality. To a certain extent, qualitative diagnosis can be made.
