Methods: High resolution color Doppler blood flow imaging (CDFI) detected 100 cases of the normal 200 thoracodorsal artery blood flow parameters, including the diameter (D), systolic peak velocity (Vmax), minimum diastolic flow velocity (Vmin), pulsatility index (PI) and resistance index (RI), and for statistical analysis. Results: 200 normal display rate of the thoracodorsal artery 100%, TDA blood parameters no significant difference between left and right; blood flow velocity in men than women; RI performance for the older groupgt; middle-aged group, elderly groupgt; youth, middle-aged group and young group, no significant difference. Conclusions: High frequency ultrasound can be used as an intuitive, reliable, noninvasive detection methods to understand thoracodorsal artery, thoracodorsal artery provides the basic parameters of the normal for the clinical application of latissimus dorsi muscle flap to provide a scientific basis.
