Methods Diamonsil C18 column (4.6mm * 250mm, 5μ m), Mobile phase: acetonitrile -0.5% phosphoric acid (20:80), flow rate: 1.0ml/min, detection wavelength: 344nm. The results of chlorogenic acid in the sample volume of 0.0192 ~ 0.48μ g showed good linear relationship; the average recovery was 99.89%, RSD = 0.33% (n = 5). Rutin injection volume 0.096 ~ 2.406μ g showed good linear relationship; the average recovery was 99.73%, RSD = 1.49% (n = 5). Conclusion The method is simple, reproducible, can be used as the drug quality control.
