Methods 19 cases of humeral condylar groove of the crushed bone. Results All patients have all been followed up, follow-up time 10-30 months, excellent rate of 72.7%. Method 19 patients with condyle of humerus comminuted fracture were treated with fixed by crossing Kirschner wire and double tensile force bands.Result All cases get follow-up, time of follow-up about 10 ~ 30 months, fineness rate is about 72.7%. But how to choose the best surgical methods, has long been controversial. January 2000 ~ January 2006, our hospital treated patients with humeral condylar fracture in 19 cases, using cross-pinning plus double tension band fixation treatment, obtained satisfactory results.
