Results 52 patients were all non-prolapsed uterus vaginal removal of large, successful rate was 100%, no case of pelvic organ damage, uterine average weight (540 + -60) g, mean operative time was (79 + -13) min, the estimated average blood loss was (270 + -50) ml , anal exhaust time average of (25.53 + -2.3) h, the average time after discharge (5.5 + -1.5 days), postoperative analgesia rate was 12%, postoperative morbidity 7.7%. Conclusion With proper case selection, Improved non-prolapsed uterus vaginal big hysterectomy is a safe and effective minimally invasive surgical method, is worthy of clinical application.
