After years of effort, China has finally reached the door of WTO; although some hot, but the Internet technology as the representative of information technology will eventually be used for the majority of enterprises; due to excessive competition, many enterprises are subjected to little or no profit pain ... ... more and more frequently in the internal and external environmental change, the context of survival and development into many enterprises have to face the acute subject, thus, innovation and change has become the natural choice for business breakthrough. Then the driving force and source of innovation and where? The answer is: on the one hand depends on whether or encourage innovation within the enterprise (whether there is a systematic development of innovative mechanisms, in particular senior management’s attitude to innovation); the other hand, is from the customer.
