[Keywords:] inflammatory small bowel obstruction; special observation; Care Intestinal obstruction is a common complication of abdominal surgery, but the early postoperative inflammatory ileus often not been recognized, and often occur in the early stage after abdominal surgery, is due to abdominal surgery, trauma or intra-abdominal inflammation causes the intestinal wall edema and seepage, forming a kind of mechanical and dynamic nature of concurrent adhesive intestinal obstruction [1].
