Methods Retrospective analysis of ICU 927 patients age, disease type, site of infection, causes, pathogens, the clinical risk factors. Results 927 cases of patients, 116 cases of nosocomial infection, hospital infection rate was 12.5%, the highest infection rate in patients over 60 years of age; infection sites were respiratory tract, urinary tract, gastrointestinal tract; 189 patients meeting the hospital infection of 96 bacteria were detected, followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus; infection and traumatic operation, decreased body resistance, antimicrobial agents unreasonable application of, medical staff lack of awareness of cross-infection, length of hospital stay and old age and other factors. Conclusions high incidence of nosocomial infection in ICU, nursing interventions should be strengthened, including the sick room management, standard hand washing, strict compliance with the principles of aseptic and improve environmental factors and treatment operations easily lead to contamination and infection of the links, as well as respiratory, urinary tract care, rational use of antibiotics, length of hospital stay can be effective preventive measures such as hospital infection in ICU.
