The results of skin itch ointment Ning dose, high dose group significantly increased in guinea pigs induced by histamine-induced itch threshold, and can inhibit histamine-induced phosphorylation in mouse skin capillary permeability increase and 2,4 - dinitrochlorobenzene -induced delayed hypersensitivity. Conclusion skin itch ointment rather have the itching effect on the induced increase in capillary permeability caused by inflammatory substances and type Ⅳ inhibit the allergic reaction. Methods The effects of Fuyangning ointment on histamine  induced itch in guinea pigs, the inhibitory actions on histamine  induced increase of capillary permeability in mice, and the effects on 2,4  dinitrochlorobenzol (DNCB)  induced delayed hypersensitivity reaction in mice were observed. Results The application of Fuyangning ointment on the skin of guinea pigs significantly lowered the itch threshold, inhibited the increase of skin capillary permeability in mice induced by histamine. The application of Fuyangning ointment on skin also inhibited the DNCB  induced delayed hypersensitivity reaction in mice. Conclusions Fuyangning ointment could relieve itching, inhibit the increase of capillary permeability caused by phlogogenic substances. It also has significant in
