 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 11 Jiannaoyizhi capsule in patients with ischemic stroke mechanism of brain protection [Abstract] Objective To observe Jiannaoyizhi capsule in patients with ischemic stroke, brain protection, and to explore its mechanism. Methods 180 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group, 60 patients received conventional therapy, treatment group of 120 patients given conventional therapy in the brain puzzle oral capsule. observed 2 patients endothelin (ET), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), lipid peroxide (LPO), superoxide dismutase enzyme (SOD) content. Results in the treatment group decreased ET, elevated CGRP, reduced LPO, increased SOD and improve neurological function, lipid-lowering, lowering blood viscosity compared with the control group significantly (P lt;0.01). Jiannaoyizhi capsule can be adjusted ET, CGRP, LPO, SOD content, lipid-lowering, lowering blood viscosity might be the brain of patients with ischemic stroke is one mechanism of protection. Methods One hundred and eighty cases of ischemic stroke patients were divided into two groups. Sixty cases in control group were treated with conventional method, one hundred and twenty cases in treatment group were treated with Jiannao Yizhi Capsule on the basis of conventional method.
