Our hospital from March 2004 -2008 were carried out in January of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC), common bile duct exploration, T tube drainage in 26 cases, achieved good clinical results, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 26 patients, 9 males and 17 females, aged 30 to 68 years, with an average of 52 years. Including gallbladder stones and biliary stones in 21 cases, simple common bile duct stones in 5 cases, 1 case of common bile duct stone with the left hepatic duct stones patients had preoperative abdominal pain, fever or a history of jaundice, preoperative diagnosis by B-ultrasound, and the expansion of the common bile duct diameter of 10 ~ 25mm.
