[Keywords:] laparoscopic fascial hysterectomy, laparoscopic hysterectomy Abstract Objective To discuss the application and the clinical value of two methods of laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods 96 cases were divided into 2 groups and received laparoscopic classical intra fascia supracervical hysterectomy or laparoscopic hysterectomy respectively, and a comparison of postoperative situations between the patients in the 2 groups.Result There existed no difference between the 2 groups in operation duration, the occurrence of pain, the bleeding volume in operation, the time length of the antibiotic administration after operation, body temperature, anal exsufflation, postoperative ambulation time and the time of hospitalization after operation; the time to normal sexual life of the patients receiving laparoscopic hysterectomy was longer than that of the patients receiving laparoscopic classical intra fascia supracervical hysterectomy; no complications were found in both groups.Conclusions The two methods are fe
