Results of krypton laser peripheral iridoplasty 30 min, the IOP from 42 ~ 71 mm Hg reduced to 25 ~ 62 mm Hg, fell by an average 21.2%; after 1 h IOP for 15 ~ 37 mm Hg, fell by an average 58.5%; 2 h postoperative IOP of 11 ~ 25 mm Hg, fell by an average 71.6%; after 24 h intraocular pressure is 9 ~ 16 mm Hg, were reduced to normal, fell by an average 79.9%. After laser therapy in patients with symptoms quickly relieved rapid increase in visual acuity, corneal edema subsided, there are varying degrees of anterior chamber angle widened. Conclusion Krypton laser peripheral iridoplasty angle can be mechanically opened and quickly reduce the primary angle-closure glaucoma intraocular pressure, rapid onset, fewer complications, is ineffective drug treatment of glaucoma a safe and effective method.
