Methods: 21 patients with laparoscopic kidney-preserving resection of renal tumors, of which 13 patients with retroperitoneal approach, 8 patients with intra-abdominal approach, tumor diameter of 2.5 ~ 4.0cm. Pathological examination of 15 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma (T1N0M0), 6 cases of renal angiomyolipoma. Results: 21 cases were successful surgery, operative time 80 ~ 130min, blood vessel occlusion time 10 ~ 35min, blood loss 100 ~ 400ml, no postoperative bleeding, urine leakage and other important complications. After the short-term follow-up of all cases of clear cell carcinoma of 5 ~ 22 months without local recurrence. Conclusion: The laparoscopic kidney-preserving surgery of renal tumors, the treatment of early renal tumors (diameter ≤ 4cm) safe and effective in patients with little injury, rehabilitation, fast, worthy of clinical application. Methods: Thirteen of twenty  one patients with renal tumor were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephron  sparing surgery, and the eight patients with laparoscopic nephron  sparing surgery.The mean tumor size in diameter was 2.5  4.0cm.Considering the postoperative pathology, fifteen were clear  cell cancinoma (T1N0M0), and six were angiomyolipoma of kidney.Results: All procedures were technically successful without conversion to open surgery in the twenty  one patients.The mean operative time was 80  130min and the time of the block of the blood vessel was 10  35min, and the blood loss in the operation was
