[Abstract] Objective: The combination of interventional stent balloon dilatation forming complete treatment of lower limb arterial occlusive disease, and to observe the feasibility and short-term efficacy of the treatment. Methods: from January 2007 to January 2008 the lower limb arteries were treated in our department 18 patients with occlusive disease, using conventional molding techniques, or endocardial complete occlusion to expand, according to selective use of expansion changes after the lesion stenting. intraoperative and postoperative complication rates, technical efficiency and clinical efficiency, through the follow-up to determine the patency rate of the initial treatment, and survival rates to save limbs. Results: 18 patients with early technical complications in 1 case (5.6%, as the puncture site pseudoaneurysm. artery occlusive lesion recanalization of iliac and efficient technologies, shares 11/12 popliteal artery, anterior tibial artery was 6 / 14, posterior tibial artery of 9 / 16, the peroneal artery is 4 / 11, the total effective rate of 30/53 of technology clinical response rate was 17/18. iliac stent implantation after recanalization in paragraph 16. The average hospital stay after 8 d. 6 months after the initial patency rate, to save limbs and survival rates were 27/30, 16/18 and 17/18. Conclusion: complete lower extremity arterial occlusive disease patients treated by interventional techniques are effective and relevant lesions can be saved to achieve the desired rate and survival rate of limb, mortality and complications of operation relatively low incidence, is a free, safe and effective treatment.
