 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 8 Mesylate Pazufloxacin and Levofloxacin in treatment of urinary tract infections Pharmacoeconomic analysis of [Keywords:] pazufloxacin mesylate Levofloxacin urinary tract infections Pharmacoeconomics In this paper, Pharmacoeconomics (phamacoecomic) the principle of comparative Mesylate Pazufloxacin and levofloxacin two kinds of urinary tract infection and efficacy of the treatment costs of the program for the clinical treatment of urinary tract infections to select efficient, safe, and economical solution to provide reference. 1 Data and methods 1.1 General Information The clinical and laboratory examination and pathogens diagnosed 116 cases of urinary tract infection. Randomly divided into two groups, mesylate Pazufloxacin group 57 cases, male 24 cases, 33 female, aged 18 to 42 years old, with an average 22.8 years of age. Levofloxacin group of 59 patients, male 20 cases, female 39 cases, aged 19 to 43 years old, with an average 23.8 years of age. Two groups of patients with treatment time, gender, disease, diseases no statistical significant difference (Pamp;gt; 0.05). 1.2 inclusion criteria ① aged 18 to 43-year-old hospital or a small number of compliance and good outpatient, sex not limited to; ② Before the test, by clinical symptoms, signs and related examination confirmed urinary tract infection, and by the drug-sensitive bacteria caused by mild to moderate Infection; ③ The positive rate of bacterial culture over 80%; ④ The infection did not receive effective antibiotic therapy were; ⑤ agreed to participate in this experiment, and signed informed consent. 1.3 Exclusion criteria If the patient meet any of the following criteria will not be able to participate in the study. ① The quinolones allergy or other high-sensitive physical persons; ② 48h received antibiotic therapy within the effective, or when the bacterial culture-negative selection; ③ pregnancy or breast-feeding women, women of childbearing age do not agree
