 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 15 Methotrexate for prevention and treatment of domestic and imported children adverse reaction of extramedullary leukemia 【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the import and domestic methotrexate (HD-MTX) in the prevention of treatment of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia during extramedullary the incidence of adverse reactions. Methods: 53 cases of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, respectively, different manufacturers using imported and domestic HD-MTX, Statistics occurring gastrointestinal reactions, skin rash, mucosal damage, liver damage, bone marrow suppression, secondary infection, adverse reactions incidence. Results: The use of domestic and imported methotrexate in children with the overall incidence of adverse reactions compared to no statistically significant difference (Pgt; 0.05); domestic MTX liver dysfunction incidence of adverse reactions higher than the imports (P lt;0.01) , while imports of bone marrow suppression MTX incidence of adverse reactions higher than the domestic (P lt;0.01). Conclusion: The clinical use of methotrexate in the process should be timely attention and take corresponding measures. Keywords: Methotrexate; children; extramedullary leukemia; adverse reactions [Abstract] Objective: To analyse the adverse drug reaction of high dose methotrexate (HD-MTX) in treatment of childhood acute lymphoblastic extramedullary leukemia (ALL). Methods: The rates of the adverse drug reaction in the duration of HD-MTX treatment and before next treatment were recorded and analysed.Results: The total adverse drug reaction of the two MTX was equal, but the difference of the rates of the liver injury and bone marrow suppression between the two MTX were significant. The rate of liver injury was higher when treated with domestic methotrexate, and the rate of bone marrow suppression was higher when treated with imported methotrexate.Conclusions: While methotrexate is in use, some measures sho
