METHODS: Delphi Method was used in this study. Questionnaires were employed to consult and collect the experts points of view or estimation. After two or three rounds of consultation, the opinions of the experts were generally the same in some aspects. RESULTS: By analyzing the elements of medical service support capability, we found that the support capability was composed of organization and command capability, emergency response and mobile capability , medical evacuation capability, field adaptation capability. The evaluation system and weight of mobile medical support squad were established. CONCLUSION: We established a set of evaluation standards on medical service support capability of mobile squad in military hospitals, and made some suggestions through applying it in military hospitals.
