Methods: 71 cases of microsurgical treatment of glioma clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 67 patients preoperative diagnosis with pathological diagnosis was met, in line with the rate of 94.4%. Treatment of 33 cases markedly, accounting for 46.8%; the efficiency by 30 cases, accounting for 42.3%; 8 cases, accounting for 10.9%. Conclusion: The micro-surgery with its little injury, indications wide, high rate of total resection advantages, the clinical effect is good. Method: Clinical data of 71 patients treated by microsurgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The preoperative diagnosis of glioma is same to pathological diagnosis in 67 patients by sixty-seven patients (94.4%). The excellence rate, effective rate and ineffective rate were 46.8%, 42.3% and10.9% respectively.
