Materials and Methods 1. Case Selection January 2001 ~ December 2007 in our hospital diagnosed as hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients. Selection criteria: All patients were consistent with the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease diagnostic criteria of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage [1], all cases were confirmed by brain CT cerebral hemorrhage. Exclusion criteria: past history in a clear malformations or a history of aneurysm, brain hemorrhage, blood disease or brain hemorrhage caused by anticoagulant applications. 2.
