Methods: 112 patients with , hemorrhoids patients , male 72 cases, 40 females were randomly divided into PPH group and the MMH group, 68 patients with PPH treatment, 44 cases of MMH treatment. Results: The blood loss, urinary retention, and relapse rate PPH group and the MMH group was not statistically significant (Pgt; 0.05). and in the operation lasted, postoperative pain, hospital stay, patient satisfaction rates, and after bleeding, anal stricture and incontinence side PPH group than MMH group (P lt;0.01). Conclusion: PPH surgical treatment of severe hemorrhoids with short duration, postoperative pain, patient satisfaction rate and fewer complications, it is the treatment of severe hemorrhoids is worthy of promotion methods.
