Methods in our hospital from December 2007 -2010 cesarean section on January 218 pregnant women subsequent pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively. to determine the second pregnancy, mode of delivery, application of SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis of different delivery mode on maternal effects. Results in 218 cases, 100 cases of elective cesarean section, vaginal trial production of 118 cases , a successful trial production of 98 cases, the success rate of 83%. Conclusion scarred uterus can not be used as the indication for cesarean section, in line with trial production conditions should be given adequate opportunity to pilot the vagina, to reduce the cesarean section rate and to reduce caesarean production has a significant complication.
