Designed Survivin gene-specific molecular beacon probes and primers to cDNA cloning of recombinant plasmid as standard products, the establishment of Survivin gene real-time quantitative detection method; and to detect gastric cancer samples, Survivin gene mRNA copy number of the template. Results Survivin gene mRNA molecular beacon real-time quantitative detection method of the linear range of 103 ~ 1010 copy number, batch variation of 28.16%, intraassay variation of 13.34%, a sensitivity of 42 copy number, the average recovery was 109.83%; gastric carcinoma, adjacent tissues and normal tissues as well as the comparison between benign gastric lesions, mRNA template copy number differences were significant (P amp;lt;0.05); gastric cancer samples, the template mRNA copy number and lymph node metastasis and 2-year survival as well as the pathological types of related (P amp;lt;0.05). Conclusion successful establishment of Survivin gene molecular beacon real-time quantitative detection methods. Gastric expression of the gene copy number can be used as a template predictable lymph node metastasis and evaluation of an important indicator of prognosis.
