[Abstract] theoretical teaching as an entry point, teachers, research projects undertaken by the project to guide, to an open laboratory platform, organizations, interest groups of molecular biology to guide graduate student research projects from design to the implementation of the subject conducted a series of explorations. The purpose of graduate education is to foster a scientific spirit and the ability of original innovation professionals. Ability to innovate on the graduate level judgments, some people advocate the behavior of students (mainly research results, especially the thesis) to make [1]. The quality of research papers, to a certain extent, reflect the level of research and capabilities, but also evaluate the quality of graduate education, an important criterion. Molecular biology is a new frontier disciplines, has become the most dynamic in modern life sciences, one of the leading disciplines. Medical field, the rapid development of molecular biology to human disease awareness, prevention, diagnosis and treatment undergone profound changes in medical science from the whole cell level and gradually going deeper to the molecular level. Therefore, theories and techniques of molecular biology applications is a measure of the quality of graduate student papers is an important indicator.
