P-gp, GST- and Topo in the expression of different age, histological differences between types of expression not statistically significant (Pgt; 0.05), axillary lymph node metastasis in the expression rate of the difference between statistical significance (P lt;0.05), P-gp expression rate in different clinical stages of the difference was not statistically significant ( P lt;0.05), GST- and Topo positive expression rates in various clinical stages was statistically significant (Pgt; 0.05). but three resistance gene expression in the radical resection rate of local recurrence and distant metastasis significantly higher than those without recurrence. Conclusion breast cancer exist in P-gp, GST- and Topo expression level of a single gene and multi-gene synergistic effect to the expression of multiple genes were mainly those radical expression after local recurrence and distant metastasis is higher. before chemotherapy combined detection of P-gp, GST- and Topo breast cancer chemotherapy drugs on the choice of guiding effect on the prognosis a valuable reference.
