Methods 42 healthy volunteers as control group and 54 patients with cervical myelopathy were cervical MRI and conventional diffusion tensor imaging, in each group were measured apparent diffusion coefficient (apparent diffusion coefficient, ADC), fractional anisotropy (fractional anisotropy, FA) values, and display its diffusion tensor (diffusion tensor tracking, DTT). Results The average ADC value of normal group (830.34 + -215.86) × 106mm2 / s and the average FA value (536.03 + -40.00) × 10-3. cervical spinal cord injury patients with chronic mean ADC value (1107.60 + -47.55) × 106mm2 / s, higher than the normal group, was statistically significant (P lt;0.01), the average FA value (425.91 x + -59.48) × 10-3, compared with the control group decreased significantly (P lt;0.01).
