HBV DNA and HBV marker in serum were tested before and after the treatment. And all the side-effects were recorded during the period. Results After 24 weeks treatment, the HBeAg undetectable rate and the seroconversion rate of HBeAg / anti-HBe were much higher than that in control group. Serum ALT in treatment group droppe
