Methods 406 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups, namely traditional Pain Management Group (C APS), NBAS APS model group and model group modified NBAS APS (NBASS APS), three groups of patients after randomized observational study, the pain score and analgesic effect observed. The results with the traditional Pain Management Model, NBAS APS and improved NBAS APS model of postoperative analgesic effects of indicators (VAS values) was significantly decreased after 24 h and 48 h of sleep time was significantly increased in patients with overall satisfaction was significantly improved, and improved NBAS APS mode is also better than the NBAS APS mode. Conclusion NBAS APS can significantly improve postoperative analgesia, improvement of the NBAS APS model is more than NBAS APS, more suitable for clinical practice. Methods Totally 406 patients were divided into 3 groups: customary APS group (C APS), NBAS APS group and NBASA APS group (improved NBASS APS). Results Compared with the C APS Group, the VAS was significant lower than that of NBAS APS group and NBASA APS group, and the longer sleeping time within 24 hours or 48 hours.
