Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2009 ~ March 2010 spiral CT enhanced MRI of the 134 cases of multiple trauma patients, male, 106 cases 28 girls; aged 2 to 82 years old, average 42.5 years old. 55 cases of road traffic injuries, stab wound in 15 cases, 39 cases of fall injury, injured in 25 cases. contrast agent used mainly Omnipaque (350mgI/ml), Ultravist (370mgI/ml), three generations were (350mgI/ml), the amount of 1.5 ~ 2ml/kg, injection rate 3.0 ~ 4.0ml / s. enhance the development of multiple trauma CT examination process, vital signs were observed during the examination and other adverse reaction. Results enhanced spiral CT scan of new blood vessels and other damage found in 59 patients meeting; 5 cases of contrast injection heart rate, breathing faster, but the blood pressure is stable and 129 patients without significant changes in vital signs; no nausea, vomiting, skin rashes and other symptoms of adverse reactions .2 with the difficult cases because of restlessness, sedation underwent enhanced spiral CT examination, resulting in prolonged examination time, the 132 patients in the 8 to 10 minutes successfully completed examination.
