 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 9 Multiple small pulmonary nodules performance and diagnostic value of CT Multiple small pulmonary nodules are a variety of common CT signs of lung disease, therefore, in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis has been much trouble. The author analyzed retrospectively in March 2001 ~ June 2008 Results of 51 cases of multiple pulmonary Day cases of CT, characteristics and diagnostic value, these are as follows:  1 Materials and Methods 1.1 The group of 51 cases, 30 males and 21 females, aged 18 to 82 years old, average 45.6 years old. The clinical manifestations, chest tightness, chest pain, cough, expectoration, hemoptysis and fever and other bloody .51 cases of lung metastasis in 20 cases tumor had a history of pulmonary primary tumor, 7 cases of miliary tuberculosis in smear-positive in 4 cases, 2 cases confirmed by bronchoscopy, clinical anti-TB treatment, follow-up confirmed in 1 case, 8 cases of lymphangitic carcinoma in 5 cases history of pulmonary primary tumor, 3 cases of lung cancer examination also found that 12 cases of bronchial tuberculosis spread, smear-positive in 7 cases, confirmed by bronchoscopy in 5 cases, 4 cases of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma in 2 cases confirmed by bronchoscopy, 2 cases CT guided biopsy confirmed.  1.2 Scanning Method By Prospeed E II double helix CT, scans from the apex double diaphragm caused by the top, slice thickness 10mm, layer away from the 10mm, plus local high-resolution CT scan done 2mm thin. Lung window width 1000hu, window level -700 Hu, mediastinal window width 350 Hu, window level 45 Hu. 2 Results  2.1 nodules randomly distributed 20 cases of hematogenous pulmonary metastases nodules of different sizes, combined thoracic vertebrae, rib metastasis in 3 cases, 2 cases of pleural effusion cases of miliary tuberculosis .7 nodule size is 1 ~ 2mm, evenly distributed in 2 cases, nodule size range, unevenly distributed, accompanied by small patchy shadow fibe
