[Abstract] Objective Optimization of Phellinus polysaccharide extraction, refining process. Orthogonal Experimental Design Optimization Methods Phellinus polysaccharide extraction process. Through adsorption and alcohol precipitation of the comparison, select the best refining technology. Results Mulberry optimal extraction process of polysaccharide as follows: particle size 60 mesh, soaking 12 h, with 14 times as much water, extracted 3 h, with the refined polysaccharide chitosan adsorption. Conclusion immersion time a greater impact on the experiments using chitosan adsorption refining, polysaccharide loss less, this extraction refining process method is feasible.

Abstract: ObjectiveTo optimize the extraction and purification method of the polysaccharide of Phellinus igniarius.MethodsThe bset extract method of the polysaccharide was determined by orthogonal design. Through the comparison of the ethanol extraction and adsorbing purification, the best purification method was chosen. ResultsThe best extraction method of the polysaccharide in the Phellinus igniarius was: the Phellinus igniarius granularity was about 60 screen mesh, the immersion time was12 h, the solvent is water and the material 14:1, and extracted 3 times. Chitosan absorbing purification was used to extract the Phellinus igniarius.Conclusionthe immersion time greatly influenced the extraction of Phellinus igniarius. Chitosan absorbing purification was used to extract the Phellinus igniarius and the polysaccharide losses little. The extraction and purification technology of Phellinus igniarius is feasible.
