Methods ELISA, 32 patients with myasthenia gravis (MG group) and 30 patients healthy person (NC) serum BAFF and IL 6 levels, 32 cases of MG patient’s condition according to Xu Xianhao absolute score to score, analyze BAFF and IL 6 clinical significance. Results MG patients clear BAFF, IL 6 levels were significantly higher in the normal group (P lt;0.05, type, type MG patients with IL 6 levels were significantly higher than that of type patients, IL 6 levels and clinical absolute scores were significantly correlated. Conclusion BAFF, IL 6 in MG immune pathological mechanism MG serum IL 6 levels and disease severity are closely related. Methods The serum levels of BAFF and IL 6 were measured in 32 patients with MG and 30 normal controls (NC) by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The absolute scores of 32 patients with MG were rated by XU Xian hao score system. Results The levels of BAFF and IL 6 in patients with MG were significantly higher than those of NC group (P lt;0.05). The levels of IL 6 in type and MG were higher than that of type MG. The levels of IL 6 were positive correlation with the absolute scores of MG. Conclusions BAFF and IL 6 are involved in the pathogenic immunologic mechanisms of MG and IL 6 might have an evident correlation with the severity of MG.
