[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the early comprehensive rehabilitation on brain stem auditory evoked potentials (brain stem auditory evoked potential, BAEP) abnormalities neonatal motor skills disorders. Methods: 289 patients with high-risk neonates BAEP examination, 151 cases of children with high risk BAEP abnormalities. the existence of 94 cases in which high-risk children motor skills disorder were randomly divided into two groups, control group received parenteral nutrition neural cell therapy, the treatment group were based on a passive gymnastics, visual, hearing, tactile stimulation, the GM- FM sports rehabilitation. after treatment by clinical assessment and GM-FM developmental motor scale and the Gesell Developmental Assessment Scale. Results: The total effective rate 91.43% in the control group, the total effective rate 70.83% (P lt;0.05 .) treatment group and control group before and after treatment in large areas of motor function, fine motor function areas, language areas, cognitive (social optimum capacity) functional areas, social functioning areas were compared, suggesting that there was significant difference in efficacy (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Neonatal BAEP examination to high-risk children early detection of hearing and brainstem function in the abnormal, and on this basis, early treatment can promote comprehensive rehabilitation and improvement of high-risk children develop motor skills, while the language of children , social, and social adaptability also help.
