Methods 38 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (DFL) patients and with 26 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) patients compared to the two sets of variables related to multiple factors Logistic regression analysis. The results of 27 variables in univariate Logistic regression analysis showed that family history of diabetes, body mass index, leisure exercise, marital status, fatty liver disease process, sweets, triglycerides, apolipoprotein A1, fasting insulin, 2-hour postprandial insulin, C peptide (CP), insulin resistance index, fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose difference between the two groups was significant; multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that family ties, leisure exercise, sweets, triglycerides, apolipoprotein A1, meals 2 hours after insulin, fasting glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose with statistical significance. Conclusion family history of diabetes, sweets, high triglycerides, high apolipoprotein A1, and 2-hour postprandial insulin to reduce non-alcoholic fatty liver in patients with type 2 diabetes risk factors, while the amateur exercise their protective factors.
